This Privacy Policy explains how Clean Skate, developed by Alexander af Trolle, collects, uses, and shares information when you use the app. Clean Skate includes a free ad-supported tier and may offer paid subscription features, including Clean Skate Pro.

Subscription and purchase information If you purchase, restore, or manage a subscription such as Clean Skate Pro, we and our service providers may process purchase and subscription data needed to validate and maintain access. Clean Skate does not request access to your device’s precise GPS location.

However, Google AdMob may use your IP address to infer a coarse location, such as city or country, to support advertising depending on your consent settings.

We do not sell your data for money. We may share information with service providers and platform partners as needed to operate the app, provide subscriptions, support sharing and feedback features, run analytics, and display ads.

For users in California and other U.S. states with similar privacy laws, we do not “sell” personal information in the traditional sense. However, advertising-related sharing through services such as AdMob may be treated as “sharing” under some laws.

You may be able to opt out through the app’s privacy settings or your device settings.

Clean Skate is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Your Choices and Subscription Management

You can stop app data collection by uninstalling the app.

To limit interest-based advertising, you can use the app’s privacy settings or your device settings.

If you have an active subscription, uninstalling the app, deleting local data, or requesting data deletion will not automatically cancel your subscription. Store-billed subscriptions must be canceled through your Apple or Google account settings.

If you reinstall the app or move to a new device on the same supported store account, you may be able to restore your purchase.

If you choose to share a program, the shared data may remain accessible to anyone with the link or identifier until it is removed or no longer available through the service.

9. Data Retention

Where controlled by us, analytics data is retained for up to 14 months.

Subscription, transaction, sharing, feedback, and security-related records may be retained longer where reasonably necessary to provide the service, restore purchases, comply with legal obligations, or investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and Firebase may retain information under their own policies.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, but no system is completely secure.
